So "Are the windows cleaned once a month?", instead of "Do the windows cleaned once a month?". Since he "has" been painting, you can't use "was". So instead of "How long was he painting?", it's "How long has he been painting?".
"Have" is used in the wrong tense here. Instead of "Who have been painting for fifteen years?", it should be "Who has been painting for fifteen years?".

Again with the "is" being ignored and "didn't" coming out of nowhere. It's "Hot water is provided by the hotel 24 hours a day, isn't it?".
