Hello! Today I will tell you how my ideal passes as usual! At first I get up and wash, after the genetic procedures I go to make breakfast. For breakfast, I eat cereal with milk. After breakfast, I go for a walk in the park, returning closer to dinner. I have a steak for lunch. After lunch I go to the gym for a run, after a run I go home for dinner, and only when I have dinner I go to bed!
