a) The most difference comes from computers and electronics. In our days almost everyone haves a phone, that helps people to work in office. And I am not talking about computers connected to a local network that improve workers results.

b) In future is gonna be even more automatization and computerization. It will help a lot to office workers. in one word it's going to be great.

c) Easier. Because it's implements in our life and replacing annoying routine with a lot of free time for us. More free time we have, more we can spend on what we really like.
